At 101headsets.com, we try our best to help you select the best headset for your needs. However, should you feel your purchase is not what you expected, you may return the products for a refund (less shipping and handling) or exchange them within 10 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.

  1. Call us at 1-800-742-0800.
  2. Request an RMA# from your sales representative.
  3. Include a copy of your sales receipt print out inside the package and state why you are returning the item, (i.e., defective, return for credit, etc.).
  4. Clearly write the RMA# as the “attention to” line on the outside of the carton.
  5. Ship the product by traceable means, (i.e., FEDEX, UPS, etc.) to:

WARRANTY

GN Netcom professional grade headsets and amplifiers are factory warranted for two years from date of purchase.GN Netcom residential grade headsets and dial pads/amplifiers are factory warranted for one year from date of purchase. Accessories, (e.g., voice tubes, ear pads, training cords, etc.), do not have any warranties.

  1. Include a letter in your package stating the product is under warranty. Also, include the shipping address for the replacement item.
  2. Ship the product directly to:

  1. Package must be sent by traceable means, (i.e., UPS, FEDEX, etc.).
  2. Upon receipt of your package, GN Netcom will ship you a replacement item of like kind typically within 48 hours.

REPAIR SERVICE

At 101headsets.com, we do not offer in-house repair services if your product is out of warranty.  Should you wish to have your out-of-warranty product replaced with a refurbished item, you must send your product directly to GN Netcom at the above stated address.  GN Netcom will replace the item with a re-manufactured product of like kind, and bill you according.  Call them directly at 1-800-826-4656 to obtain pricing and/or check status on the repair.  Also, because 101headsets.com already offers great pricing on new equipment, you may wish to consider purchasing new equipment directly from us rather than purchasing re-manufactured products from the manufacturer.
